Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT (Value Added Tax) and all other price components.

Shipping Costs:

  • Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: €9.99 per order
  • United Kingdom: €19.99 per order

Returns / Refunds / Complaints

As a customer, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal and return as well as statutory warranty claims.

How to Return an Item

Please ensure the following when returning an item:

  • The item must be unused and complete (e.g., including any leaflets, cases, rod socks, etc.). If the item has been used beyond normal examination, we reserve the right to charge you for a loss in value.
  • Returned items must be packaged in such a way that both the item and its original packaging arrive undamaged. Original packaging must not be used as the shipping box but must be additionally packed.
  • If there is any damage to the original packaging or if you wish to return an item without its original packaging, or if the return otherwise deviates from the above-mentioned conditions, you must inform our customer service beforehand and clarify the situation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged upon receipt.

    The return shipping costs are as follows:
  • Belgium, France, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: €9.99 for standard shipments.
  • United Kingdom: €19.99 for standard shipments.

Once the returned item has been received, it will be inspected. If the item is free from defects, we will process your return as quickly as possible and refund the purchase price.

Refunds are always issued via the original payment method used for the transaction.
